We have an opportunity in our customer service technical support team.

We are looking for is someone who:

Loves providing the highest level of Customer Service & helping others

Is a clear communicator with attention to detail and a good phone manner

Enjoys working in a busy team

Someone who also loves helping customers trouble shoot their problems

About the role

For the customer service - technical role:

Strong communication and customer service focus

Proven experience in technical support, particularly with electrical hardware will be highly regarded

Inbound advice for Spare Parts generating quotations and sales order processing

Technical & problem-solving skills to support our distributor network, authorised service repairers, end-users and the Roband internal team

Coordination of warranty service requests

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Previous Customer Service experience in similar technical positions would hit the mark combined with a high proficiency in data accuracy.
