Skyco Trades is seeking a proactive and adaptable Customer Service Representative / Administration Dispatcher to join our team!

We are a customer focused trade business delivering high quality electrical and air conditioning solutions with our own personal touch in the Sutherland Shire and St George regions. Working with a mix of residential customers (B2C) and commercial clients (B2B). As we continue to grow we are seeking a motivated CSR/DSR to join our winning team.

What you’ll be doing

Answering incoming calls with your friendly and engaging communication skills.

Assign service calls to technicians based on skill and location in Service Titan

Handling email B2B work orders, scheduling jobs and managing follow ups

Handling customer enquiries and requests

Aftercare service including post-care calls and reports

Communicate effectively with technicians and team members to ensure smooth operations

Support various administrative tasks as assigned by the operations manager

What we’re looking for

Experience in a customer service or administrative role within the trades industry (preferred but not required)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and internal staff

Strong organisational and multi tasking abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise

Proficient in using computer systems and software with an ability to learn new systems

A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude

Team player with a collaborative mindset

Experience with Service Titan is preferred but not required
