Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and heard.
Your responsibilities include:

Handling inbound calls and scheduling service requests (300–500 calls per week)

Managing website scheduling requests and customer follow-ups

Conducting outbound customer service calls during quieter periods

Tracking and analysing advertising sources

Providing general administration support
