Bumbles Café is an iconic and much-loved café in Surfers Paradise, known for our fresh, seasonal food, buzzing atmosphere, and loyal customer base. We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team full-time (38 hours per week).

About the Role:

Full-time position (38 hours per week)

Must be available to work weekends and peak periods

Preparing and cooking breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes to a high standard

Assisting with menu development, specials, and seasonal updates

Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation

Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff

About You:

Proven experience as a Chef in a busy café or restaurant environment

Strong attention to detail and consistency in plating and presentation

Passionate about fresh ingredients and quality food

Reliable, organised, and able to thrive under pressure

Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
