Position: Full-time Head Chef & Qualified Chefs

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our vibrant kitchen team at Wok Chop ‘N Grill. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated culinary professional to showcase their creativity and leadership in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Indicative Skill Level: Many occupations within this unit group require qualifications and experience as detailed below.

In Australia:

· An AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (corresponding to ANZSCO Skill Level 2) is typically required.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience may serve as a substitute for the formal qualifications listed. In certain cases, additional relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be necessary in conjunction with formal credentials.

Skills and Experience Required:

· Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant

· Exceptional leadership and team management abilities

· Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen operations

· Ability to develop innovative menus and manage food costs

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Formal culinary qualifications preferred

Salary: AUD85,000 to AUD95,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
