About the Roles

We are currently hiring Two Full-Time Operations Supervisors to lead field teams in the following areas:

🔹 Operations Supervisor – Pressure Washing (Hardscape Division)

Oversee pressure washing and hardscape cleaning across government, commercial, and construction sites in Canberra and surrounding regions.

🔹 Supervisor – Restoration (BioHazard Division)

Lead teams responding to biohazard, water, fire, mould, and storm damage restoration projects, including emergency response and specialist clean-ups.

Both positions report to the Operations Manager and require field leadership, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to delivering essential services that make a real difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Supervisor – Pressure Washing

Deliver hardscape pressure washing, external cleaning, and site-based services

Conduct physical site assessments to determine chemical, equipment, and PPE needs

Supervise and support team members on-site

Ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to client specifications

Maintain daily job reports and site documentation

Ensure compliance with WHS standards and environmental guidelines

Liaise with clients and site managers professionally

Train team members in proper equipment use and safety procedures

Supervisor – Restoration

Attend restoration projects involving water, fire, mould, storm, and biohazard damage

Operate drying equipment, moisture meters, and air filtration systems

Perform site clean-ups and minor demolition work

Liaise with clients, insurance reps, and internal teams

Supervise and train field technicians on procedures and safety

Maintain accurate mobile-based job records and reports

Participate in the after-hours emergency response roster

Ensure strong WHS compliance on all restoration projects

What You’ll Bring

Full working rights in Australia (some projects may require Australian Citizenship)

White Card, Asbestos Awareness, and Crystalline Silica Training (or willingness to obtain)

Leadership or supervisory experience in a field-based role

Experience in pressure washing, hardscape, industrial, or restoration cleaning (preferred)

Strong understanding of WHS and compliance protocols

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Calm, professional attitude in high-pressure environments

Valid driver's licence and reliable transport

Current police clearance (or ability to obtain)

Availability for rotating after-hours roster (Restoration Supervisor only)
