Salary: $68,000 – $80,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Otis Dining Hall, located in the heart of Kingston, Canberra, is seeking passionate and driven chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. Renowned for our modern take on traditional European course dining, we pride ourselves on delivering a refined and memorable culinary experience to every guest.

We are currently recruiting for multiple chef positions, from Commis to Sous Chef, depending on your experience and skill level.

What We Offer:

Competitive full-time salary in the range of $68,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Stable work schedule: 4 days a week, Wednesday to Saturday

Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with a background in European cuisine

Relevant culinary qualifications (highly regarded)
