About the Role
As Store Manager at Auto Masters Ashby, you’ll take the wheel in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop. You’ll drive performance, champion customer satisfaction, and ensure everything runs smoothly – from the front desk to the service bay. Your leadership will play a key role in supporting the team to hit sales and service goals, all while creating a positive, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the store and workshop.
- Motivate and support your team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on weekly and monthly KPIs to head office.
- Use your product knowledge to confidently recommend and promote parts and services.
- Maintain strict adherence to our Quality Assurance System.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment for staff and customers alike.
About You
You're a motivated leader with a passion for cars and customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to get the best out of your team.
You’ll Bring:
- A strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- A hands-on leadership style with a focus on creating positive customer experiences.
- At least 2 years of recent experience managing an automotive service centre or similar, with a strong sales track record (preferred).
- A trade qualification (preferred but not essential).
- A current driver’s licence.
- Permanent residency or citizenship and current residence in Western Australia.
