About the Role

  • Manage a mixed-use, well-maintained portfolio with a full handover.
  • Enjoy the backing of a dedicated in-house customer service team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant strata and community title legislation.
  • Oversee property and facilities maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement management agreements and contracts.

What You Bring

  • Previous Strata Management experience (or Property Managers ready to make the move!).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and modern software systems.
  • Team-focused, professional, and resilient when handling conflict.
  • Current police clearance.
