Brunswick Central Medical Centre and Cranbourne Central Medical Centre are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to guide GP owners in building profitable and happy practices that deliver high-quality patient care. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on responsibility and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of both clinics in line with Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) Standards.

Lead and support admin and clinical teams to maintain smooth workflows and excellent patient experiences.

Manage payroll, liaise with the bookkeeper, and assist GP owners in financial planning for profitability.

Ensure HR compliance, including staff onboarding, training, and performance management.

Maintain and implement policies and procedures, ensuring all regulatory and accreditation requirements are met.

Support GP owners in strategic planning and operational improvements.

Drive accreditation processes, quality improvement activities, and compliance reporting.

About You:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Practice Manager in a General Practice setting.

Strong understanding of RACGP standards, Medicare billing, HR legislation, and practice accreditation.

Confident in managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
