As we continue to grow, we are now seeking a dedicated and dynamic Practice Manager to join our team and help take our clinic to the next level.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflows, excellent patient care, and a supportive team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with a dedicated admin team, doctors, and nurses to foster a thriving environment.

You’ll thrive if you enjoy building teams, streamlining processes, and bringing innovation to a modern general practice setting.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources – Recruitment, onboarding, rostering, payroll, performance management, and HR compliance (with external HR support)

Systems & Quality – Implement and improve policies, procedures, and technology to boost efficiency, compliance, and patient experience

Financial Management – Oversee accounts, banking, reconciliations, and liaise with the bookkeeper

Leadership & Culture – Foster a supportive, accountable, and positive team culture

Accreditation & Standards – Maintain and enhance AGPAL accreditation and compliance standards

Innovation – Drive efficiency with technology and contribute new ideas to support clinic growth

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience in General Practice management

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Best Practice software (advantageous), and HotDoc

Tech-savvy, adaptable, and enthusiastic about new systems and processes

Compassion, integrity, and the ability to build trust with staff, doctors, and patients

Resilience, a proactive mindset, and a sense of humour (because we value a happy workplace!)
