The Opportunity

The Business Development Executive reports into the Customer Development Manager, while building your portfolio of customers and ensuring their sales requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service your customers with all of their sales needs while building relationships and increasing sales revenue
  • Generate business opportunities through growing customer numbers
  • Converting prospects to sales
  • Work towards sales KPI

Your experience

  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to increase sales revenue
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a customer to ensure their needs are met
  • Demonstrated strong customer service and engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly phone manner
  • Demonstrated experience achieving KPI's and sales targets
  • Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce
