Talent Run Recruitment is working with an organisation that manufacturers and distributes art and craft products to large Australian retailers and schools.

About the role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused administrator to support the Head of Product Development and a fast-moving product team. You’ll be the hub for communication, documentation, and coordination—keeping projects on track and information flowing smoothly between customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do

Manage inbox traffic and respond promptly to queries

Support team operations: meeting agendas/minutes, action follow-ups, process documentation, and onboarding of new team members to core systems

Coordinate cross-functional workflows with warehouse, procurement, demand planning, and compliance

Own the admin for new product setup: forms, approvals, system entries, specifications, and supplier sign-offs

Track samples and documentation

Organise photography and digital assets

Prepare monthly reports (with support)

About you

4+ years experience is a similar type admin role

Friendly and easy going

Strong written and verbal communication, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Highly organised self-starter who can prioritise, follow up, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Confident with spreadsheets and office productivity tools; quick to learn business systems and workflows

Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders
