YOUR ROLE:

You are the exceptional nurturer and support person for:

Our clinicians - you support them in providing excellence in all procedures they execute by making sure everything is set up and ready promptly.

Our patients - you ensure patients have a ‘wow’ experience during their procedures so they feel well cared for. Hence, you are directly responsible for patient retention rates.

The Opportunity

An opportunity has opened up for all rounder dental assistant to join our amazing team.

This position is full time employment (4 days from 7:45am-5:45pm).

The Role (Assisting)

Chair-side assisting, including crowns, bridges, and general dentistry

Greeting and welcoming patients, delivering service with a smile

Infection control and sterilisation

Supporting our hygiene program and assisting oral health therapist

Full use of dental software

Full reception duties as required

Monitoring and restocking surgery supplies.

Able to listen to & provide feedback graciously

Able to connect with staff and patients in a consistent manner

Able to jump in and do some front desk responsibilities effectively

About you

1+ year experience in chair-side dental assisting preferred.

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Clear and concise phone skills

Reliable and punctual

Self motivated

Well presented

Flexible attitude

Willing to learn and grow

Desirable Qualities

Cert III/IV in Dental Nursing but NOT needed if you are a trainee or fast learner!

Previous dental reception experience

However - if you are motivated, and a fast learner, we can teach you!
