The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to coordinate staff and participate in the delivery of electrical maintenance, repair and capital works associated with water and sewerage assets.

As an Electrical Trades Team Leader, you will perform inspections to monitor the performance and condition of Water and Sewerage electrical infrastructure. You will assist with the planning and scheduling of works programs and provide technical information and advice to other staff and contractors.

About You

We are seeking an individual who holds an electrotechnology trade qualification applicable to this role and has five (5) years’ recent relevant experience in the servicing of water and sewer assets.

You will have the following skills and experience;

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in maintenance, repair and installation of water and sewer electrical and electronic infrastructure.
• Highly developed water and sewer electrical and electronics fault finding, analytical and investigative skills.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills including detailed interpretation and explanation of plans, drawings and schedules.

Benefits

This is a permanent full time position working 38 hours per week.

The total remuneration package for this position commences at $105,041.66 gross per annum, comprising of:

• $1,803.60 per week base salary
• $216.43 per week superannuation (calculated at 12%)
• Allowances for the position available per week
