We have a great role for a trainee or experienced dental assistant in

Sherwood who would like to develop and advance their career further in the industry.

We are a small passionate team who are committed to high quality dentistry

and patient care through creating positive dental experiences for our

appreciative and growing patient base.

What this role requires most is a passion and enthusiasm to learn as we have

great systems to fully train you in many extended duties and we’d love to

learn from you with your previous experience.

You will be paid well above the award remuneration package ranging from

$60000 to $90000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

This rate will continue to increase as your competence and confidence with

your extended duties continues to grow.

You will assist the principal and associate dentists when completing treatment

for patients including implant placement and restoration, complex crown and

bridgework, rotary endodontics, clear aligners and routine restorative work. If

required we will have further training in 4-handed dentistry.

This role requires your commitment for a 4-day week from 8.00am until

6.00pm. However, if you would like to work shorter hours

over a 9-day fortnight or 5-day week, we are happy to accommodate your

preferences. We are also willing to accommodate part time applicants. Please

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the

ability to relate to a wide range of patients. Your computer skills will be

advanced to enable you to complete documentation for all your patients. You

will also enjoy working with systems and being accountable to attain a high

standard in your clinical work.
