Estimator required on Brisbane's Northside.

Onsite office-based location.

Specialising in office partitioning, suspended ceilings installation, and aluminum framing and glazing - ANDBuild Commercial Projects Pty Ltd take pride in quality workmanship and delivering on time. We're highly regarded within the fit-out sector of the building industry with experience on projects of all sizes.

Your role will be to estimate costs and submit quotations to respective clients as per plans and schedules on all projects allocated, as set out by client.

Project estimation and quotation as per client specifications (identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, plans, specifications, and related documents

Collation and typing of quotation information

Submission of quotations to clients

Interpret plans & specifications

Track & analyse costs and resolve discrepancies

Liaise with clients & staff

Provide ongoing support to project managers

Ideally, you will possess the following:

Formal qualifications (highly desirable)

Commercial construction & building knowledge and/or experience

Familiar with estimating & quoting software/programs (Cubit, Xero advantageous)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Organisation and time management skills.
