About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Estimator to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the preparation of accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing strategies across a range of commercial projects.

The Role:

Review design and tender documentation to identify potential commercial risks and opportunities.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement successful tender and bid strategies.

Manage the daily estimating function to ensure the timely delivery of submissions and project deadlines.

Assess subcontractor quotations, taking into account performance history, reliability, and commercial terms.

What we're looking for:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Construction Estimator within the commercial construction industry.

Strong ability to interpret building plans, specifications, and tender documentation.

Demonstrated capability in preparing detailed, accurate take-offs and cost estimates.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues during tender processes.
