About the role

Join the dynamic team at RMB Logistics' as a full-time Accounts, Payroll & Invoicing professional based in Nambour, Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate payroll processing and timely invoicing.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

Processing payroll for the company's employees in a timely and compliant manner

Generating and sending invoices to customers, ensuring prompt payment

Reconciling bank statements

Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and tax filings

Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts, payroll or invoicing role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry

Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as Xero

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and process improvement

Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field is desirable
