Queensland Door Doctors is a small family oriented business, with steady yet impressive growth over the last 5-10 years. Looking to fill the Accounts/Payroll Officer/All Rounder – Full Time Position that has opened up within our company.

Based in Bethania 8:00am – 4:30pm with a monthly RDO

Role Inclusive of:

Accounts receivable/payables

- Daily payment reconciliation

- Chasing outstanding payments

- Matching creditors invoices to purchase orders

- Balancing Credit card payments

- Bank Reconciliation

- Invoicing

Payroll

- Weekly payroll processing

- Monthly Superannuation payments

- Annual Payment Summaries

- General payroll duties

Back up Service Co-Ordinator

- Daily Schedule of emergency call outs

- Confirmation of bookings

- Daily email management

All Round Office Duties

- Compliance/staff training documentation up to date

- Banking and post office attendances

- Ordering of office supplies/amenities

- Digital and Physical File management

- Daily email management

Xero Experience a MUST

GEOnext experience a bonus but not essential full training will be provided

Word, Excel, Office experience

Essential Multitasking skills

Prioritising daily work schedule

Pride in your work with a strong attention to detail

Excellent phone manners, communication, language and literacy skills

Positive attitude and highly motivated

Punctual Reliable and Honest

High customer service skills
