The opportunity:

Kinetic Fleet Services (KFS) is currently on the lookout for a Leading Hand that would like to become a valued member of our Mackay workshop.

From general maintenance tasks and repairs through to major component rebuilds, you’ll get plenty of exposure to a variety of work across several vehicle makes and models to keep every day new and exciting. You'll also be a hands-on mentor for our workshop talent (Apprentices, Trade Assistants, and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics) with the reward of seeing them grow under your wing.

The boxes you'll tick:

• Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• Previous experience in providing maintenance and repairs to heavy commercial fleet
• Prior experience in a leading hand role is preferred but not required
• Minimum HR license or above
• Exposure to diagnostics via computer-controlled systems is a bonus
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
