We're currently recruiting experienced Civil Leading Hands to join crews working on a mix of subdivisions, infrastructure upgrades, and Tier 1 & Tier 2 projects across SEQ.

You'll be working for established subcontractors on some of QLD's biggest civil jobs - from new estates to major road and drainage projects.

We're open to backgrounds in:

• Trades (formwork, concreting, carpentry)
• Machinery/plant operating
• General civil hands who've stepped up and run crews

Projects include:

• Subdivisions & residential civil packages
• Major road, bridge, and drainage works
• Civil scopes on Tier 1/2 commercial & infrastructure sites

What we're looking for:

• Experience leading civil crews on active sites
• Ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines & support Supervisors
• Confident dealing with subcontractors, suppliers & Tier 1/2 site teams
• Strong focus on safety, productivity & teamwork
• White Card
• Machinery tickets, traffic, or first aid tickets a bonus
• Drivers licence + transport
