Your new role

• Lead machine maintenance activities, including component replacement, component overhaul, general repairs, fault diagnostics, PM servicing, daily refueling and inspections
• Ability to work day and night shifts
• Execute planned repairs within time and cost requirements
• Be self-motivated and able to direct a team
• Be committed to procedure based preventative maintenance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Trade qualified with post-trade experience in the mining industry (Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter or Plant Mechanic)
• Prior experience in Leading Hand position
• Current Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Queensland driver licence
• Experience with heavy earth moving equipment.
