Salary: Base + uncapped commission (or split for Credit Reps-Must have own ABN)

What’s on offer:

Full-time employment with base salary + uncapped commissions

OR join as a Credit Representative and earn commission on BYO deals

Leads provided via multiple channels – so you're not starting from scratch

Willing to train the right person – experience not essential

Refer mortgage clients to our Mortgage brokerage and earn extra commission

Suburban office with natural light

Onsite parking, plus close to public transport

What we’re looking for:

A self-starter who’s motivated by uncapped earnings

Excellent communicator who can build trust and convert leads

Experience in finance or lending is ideal – but not essential

Alternatively, if you're already a Credit Rep with a network, this is a high-split, low-overhead opportunity

Strong work ethic and desire to grow your career in finance
