Immediate Start – Broker Support Assistant

RD Finance Solutions is a boutique, award-winning finance brokerage established in 2016, located in Burpengary East.

We pride ourselves on putting clients first, tailoring outcomes to suit their individual needs and goals. Thanks to our continued growth and reputation, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated Broker Support Assistant to join our small but professional team.

This role will suit someone who is hard-working, honest, organised and people-focused. You’ll work closely with our Senior Broker to deliver an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to settlement.

Finance industry experience would be an advantage, but it’s not essential – full training and mentoring will be provided.

About the role:

Fulltime employment, 38 hrs each week

Working Hours are between 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (flexible)

No weekends - ever!

Work from home 1-2 days each week

Annual salary $65,000 - $85,000 + super + bonuses

Be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated throughout their loan journey

Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders, and solicitors

Compile and prepare loan documents for lodgement

Order valuations and prepare compliance documents

Support rate reviews for customers

Answer inbound calls with professionalism and warmth

Assist with social media marketing using Canva

Use MyCRM daily

About you:

Trustworthy, reliable and committed to high standards

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A genuine people person with a friendly phone manner and positive attitude

Excellent attention to detail, time management and multitasking skills

Tech Confident (Word, Excel, PDF, Canva)

Typing speed 50+ wpm with high accuracy

Quick learner, problem solver and team player
