The Role

As a Senior Finance Broker, you’ll take ownership of commercial and consumer finance transactions across a diverse portfolio—supporting our embedded supplier network and driving high-quality client outcomes from first conversation to settlement.

You’ll be backed by a broker support team and technology that removes admin friction—allowing you to focus on deal-making, relationship management, and results.

Your days will include:

• Managing end-to-end finance applications (consumer & commercial asset finance)

• Building and maintaining strong supplier, lender, and client relationships

• Structuring and presenting finance solutions that meet client objectives

• Managing credit submissions, compliance, and settlements with precision

• Mentoring and supporting junior brokers and support staff

• Driving continuous improvement across processes and client experience

You Bring

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in asset or commercial finance broking

• Proven record of success managing applications from lead to settlement

• Strong understanding of lender policies, NCCP compliance, and structuring

• High attention to detail and professional communication skills

• The confidence to build trust quickly with clients and partners

• A proactive mindset—self-motivated and accountable for results

• Brisbane-based—we value collaboration and real teamwork in person
