In this combined Return to Work (RTW) Coordinator and WHS advisory position, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting clients through both proactive safety initiatives and effective injury management. You'll provide expert advice on claims management, legislative compliance, and workplace risk reduction—helping clients foster safer, more productive environments.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and supporting the return-to-work process across a range of employers.
Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and preparing detailed reports.
Developing and implementing risk management plans to minimise claim frequency and severity.
Providing claims and injury management assistance, working closely with both clients and insurers.
Assessing practices, procedures, and facilities for potential risks and compliance gaps.
Supporting the creation and rollout of client documentation, such as policies and procedures.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and sound advice.
This dual-focus role gives you the unique advantage of developing a holistic view of workplace health, safety, and compensation—positioning you as a well-rounded specialist within the field.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with a genuine passion for safety, wellbeing, and supporting people through recovery. You'll be confident, adaptable, and driven to develop your expertise continuously.

Demonstrated experience in claims management and/or Occupational Health & Safety, ideally within the Victorian Workers Compensation scheme.
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum requirement) - higher qualifications, such as Diploma level, are welcomed.
Strong understanding of Workers Compensation legislation (Vic) and willingness to learn other jurisdictions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail, time management, and organisation.
Confidence to deliver presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences.
A collaborative team player with resilience and a proactive attitude.
Full working rights in Australia are essential.

National exposure across diverse client portfolios.
Genuine career progression opportunities with tailored learning and development.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent salary, a great working environment, and the opportunity to learn and develop their skills and experience within workers' compensation.
