Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment.

Coordination of temporary labour.

Build a robust network of candidates and maintain strong relationships to match the right talent with the right opportunities.

Utilise recruitment technology and techniques to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Engage in client management and target new business opportunities.

Be results driven and well organised / structured.

Be a team player.

Willing to be on the ‘on-call’ roster bi-weekly. (on-call allowance provided)

About You:

Minimum 12 months end-to-end recruitment / labour hire experience within the building and civil construction industry.

Strong Proactive approach on customer service.

A high level of intrinsic drive and resilience to succeed in a competitive industry.

A strong focus on safety, compliance, and working rights.

High level of computer skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
