We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic and successful Industrial team based in Clayton.

About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing key client accounts and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. A core focus of your role will be building strong relationships with both clients and candidates - ensuring daily workforce needs are met while continually sourcing new talent to maintain a robust candidate pool.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate interviews and onboarding, including induction programs
• Manage staff performance and provide training as needed
• Attend client stakeholder meetings and maintain strong client engagement
• Champion safety initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture
• Ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines
