Blaze Staffing Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer / Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at our Notting Hill office.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our recruitment operations and helping match candidates to roles across the light industrial sector.

Your typical day may include:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for manufacturing and warehousing roles
• Conducting in-person, video and phone interviews, as well as reference checks
• Managing candidate databases and compliance documentation
• Assisting with rostering, onboarding, and workforce coordination
• Building relationships with job seekers and supporting the wider recruitment team

What We're Looking For

We're not necessarily looking for prior recruitment experience (though it's a bonus if you have it).

What's most important is that you bring:

• A positive attitude and genuine commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a wide range of individuals
• Resilience and initiative - you don't give up when things get tough
• Great time management and attention to detail
• Excellent PC skills and technical aptitude
• The ability to work five days a week onsite with our collaborative Notting Hill team
