Duty Managers wanted in St Kilda!

Melbourne Hospitality People are on the hunt for skilled and energetic duty managers to join the management team across our iconic St Kilda venues.

We're currently looking for three new Duty Managers - two across our iconic beachside venues- Republica and Captain Baxter - and one at a local favourite gastro pub - Toorak Hotel. All three venues have excellent customer service at their core, and we want to welcome someone with a great vibe, excellent skill-set, and strong leadership skills.

Our perfect fit:

Someone with previous supervisor or duty manager experience in a hospitality venue, with great initiative and problem-solving skills

A hands-on approach and can-do attitude

Keen to go the extra mile for customers

A hospitality professional with a genuine passion in providing guest experience

What you'll be doing:

The maintenance of guest service, front of house presentation and F&B quality

Ensuring high productivity of staff and positive staff morale

Delivering superior levels of service to ensure repeat business

Assisting with opening and closing the venue

Staff training

Roster adjustments

Cash handling, set ups and pack downs

Overseeing compliance, security, music and other contractors
