With exciting new projects ready to commence, we are seeking an experienced, design-driven Architectural Draftspersonn or Building Designer to join our collaborative team and help shape the future of premium construction.

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in leading high-end residential and other commercial developments from concept through to completion. Working closely with our in-house construction team and valued clients, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding design outcomes, detailed documentation, and seamless project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing innovative architectural designs tailored to client briefs

Assist projects across all stages — concept, DA, construction documentation and specification

Coordinate with consultants, builders, and authorities to drive project success

Produce detailed, high-quality construction documentation

Able to manage multiple projects with attention to design integrity, deadlines, and budgets

Contribute to and uphold our commitment to excellence in design and client service

About You

You are a passionate and detail-oriented architect who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and loves delivering projects of the highest standard.

You will Need:

Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience (Must be in Australia)

Proven experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects

Excellent technical documentation skills

Proficiency in Archicad (mandatory)

Solid knowledge of BCA/NCC, local planning regulations, and construction detailing

Excellent communication, client liaison, and project management skills
