About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Draftsperson/Architecture Graduate to join our expanding team.

The role focuses on preparing and coordinating drawings and documentation for architectural design and building projects, including remedial façade and cladding replacement works.

You will work closely with senior architects and graduates to deliver projects with precision, safety compliance, and strong design sensibility.

Responsibilities

Prepare and revise drawings, plans, maps, and specifications.

Develop contract documentation, tender, and “as built” packages.

Coordinate with consultants and liaise with engineers, builders, certifiers, and suppliers.

Apply knowledge of building codes, standards, and local planning requirements.

Contribute to BIM coordination and proficient use of Revit.

Attend site inspections and assist with technical queries during construction.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have:

A qualification in Architecture, Building Design, or Architectural Drafting.

Proven experience in architectural documentation.

Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of BIM workflows.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Solid understanding of Australian building codes and planning standards.

Ability to liaise effectively with consultants and project stakeholders.

Immediate availability preferred.
