Description
Supervising a HR team, this role will have both a 'hands-on' and strategic element. Key responsibilities will include:

- Provide guidance and support to leaders on HR policies and workforce planning.
- Work collaboratively with union representatives to foster productive relationships.

- Support Operational leaders with performance management and people strategy.
Profile
