We're Hiring – HR Manager
Cut Above Group is a growing disability support provider delivering high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL), Positive Behaviour Support and other NDIS services.

What You'll Do
People & Culture: Drive employee engagement initiatives, foster a supportive and inclusive culture, and champion staff wellbeing.
HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), SCHADS Award, and NDIS Practice Standards.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new staff, ensuring a great candidate and employee experience.
Performance & Development: Manage the annual performance cycle, facilitate KPI reviews, and oversee training and development initiatives.
Policies & Processes: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation that support staff and align with legislation.
Advisory Role: Provide guidance to managers and team leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
About You
Minimum of 7 years experience in HR management or senior HR generalist role (ideally in the disability, health, or community services sector).
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, SCHADS Award interpretation, and WHS requirements.
Experience managing industrial relations matters and working with unions in the community services sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to build trust with staff at all levels.
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, small-business environment.
Passionate about supporting teams who make a real difference in participants' lives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Must hold or be eligible to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Vulnerable People clearance.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full working rights in Australia.
