Due to the growth and success of the business they are seeking a qualified and highly experienced Site Foreman & 2IC Landscaper to join their crew managing a small team and working on high-end projects.

Our client is seeking a qualified Landscaper with Management experience who has the ability to lead a small team on job-sites and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality and within a set time-frame. This is a site-based / hands on role for someone who is expected to complete onsite work alongside their team!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on site, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to a high-quality
• Delivery of onsite tasks such as including edging, turfing, mulching, planting, irrigation, drainage, paving, concreting, and more (Note, irrigation specialist would be focused primarily on irrigation)
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings
• Organise on-site tasks and material deliveries

Skills & experience

• You must have at least 5 years experience working as a landscaper with formal qualifications
• You must have leadership experience in a Site Forman or leading hand role.
• Experience working on high-end residential projects is a must.
• You must have a hard work ethic and be able to work autonomously
• Leadership experience is essential
• Australian Drivers license
• White card
• Cert III Landscape Construction, OR Cert III Horticulture, OR Cert III Parks and Gardens
