About Bespoke Pools & Landscapes:

Bespoke Pools & Landscapes is a well established pool construction and hard and soft landscaping company located in Brisbane. We are seeking a reliable & experienced Site Supervisor to lead our teams across Brisbane and the Gold Coast areas. If you have strong level of landscaping skills in hard and soft scapes and can manage and motivate a crew, we want to hear from you!

Locations:

Brisbane- main location.

Gold Coast

Sunshine Coast

Job tasks and responsibilities:

Coordinate daily works onsite.

Formwork, concrete placing, drainage and landscaping construction.

Daily communication with the Project Manager regarding works in progress.

Schedule resources and plan ahead.

Maintaining quality and safety onsite.

Direction of crew including subcontractors.

Ensuring a continuous and active site presence to manage site personnel and machinery.

Controlling and signing off on deliveries.

Ensuring efficient production and quality of works from subcontractors.

Your experience in all of the following areas will be highly regarded:

Minimum 5 years experience in the Residential landscape industry.

Minimum 2 years experience as a site supervisor or similar role.

Experience in Reinforced Concrete Pool construction.

Sound knowledge of horticulture.

Processing purchase orders, timesheets, budget tracking and associated site paperwork accurately is essential.

Trade Qualification in Landscape Construction.

General Construction Induction Card (Whitecard)

Experience with concrete placement, masonry works, paving and timber work.
