About the Role
As their new Landscape 2IC, you'll take charge of some of Brisbane’s most exciting residential landscaping projects. Helping lead a passionate crew, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle - from site prep to the final handover -ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Help lead and coordinate a dedicated team on site
• Freedom to run your own jobs which include structural landscaping works - decking, fencing, concreting, paving, and retaining walls
• Execute soft landscaping such as turfing, garden installation, and irrigation
• Interpret and implement landscape plans
• Communicate with clients, Foreman and your Project Manager for smooth project delivery

What You'll Bring

You will have proven experience in the delivery of residential landscape projects along with:

• Cert III in Landscape Construction if preferable or the company can assist on obtaining your qualifications
• Current Driver's Licence
• Competent with tools. machinery and a variety of landscape construction methods
