The Position

We are seeking a hands-on 2IC and an experienced Foreman to lead residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.

• Softscaping & hardscaping.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress.
• Lead a site team.
• Customer service.
• Balance site leadership with hands-on involvement.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with a strong background in landscape construction and a passion for quality results.

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent experience).
• Valid Driver's License and General Construction Induction Card.
• Advantageous: Bobcat, Excavator, and MR Truck licences.
• Strong leadership and team communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
