Urban Ecosystems is a boutique landscape design company based in Pullenvale - but servicing all of 4069 and surrounds. We are looking for a landscape legend who is looking for a change, looking to step up, or maybe take the lead and manage their own sites.

The successful applicant will generate enthusiasm and lead by example in the continuation in delivering high quality landscape projects.

The role will include:

Managing a small team and reporting back to the Principal Designer and the Operations Manager;

All aspects of soft-scape installation (planting, turfing, drainage, earthworks);

All aspects of hard-scape installation (retaining walls < 1m, paving, fencing, and irrigation install and maintenance);

Must be able to work unsupervised and from scaled 1:100 landscape plans;

Must be able to manage staff, Principal Designer, and client expectations and timeframes - with excellent communication skills;

Excellent bonuses available for outstanding performance.

Role Requirements:

Minimum of Certificate 3 in Landscape Construction including Construction Industry Safety white card, OR 5 years equivalent experience with Landscape Delivery ("on the tools")

Evidence of Qualifications and Work will be required
