What You’ll Do

You’ll be the financial backbone that keeps our projects running smoothly – from reconciling accounts to forecasting future growth.

Your day-to-day will include:
• Managing accounts payable and receivable with precision and care
• Maintaining up-to-date records in Xero and our project management software
• Preparing cash flow forecasts and supporting project reporting
• Working closely with our Contract Administrators to process monthly progress claims
• Collaborating with our site and office teams to keep every project financially on track
• Providing insights that help guide smart financial decisions
• Supporting compliance, payroll (for around 15 staff), and project cost management
• Finding better, faster ways to make the finance function tick

What You Bring

We’re after someone who’s sharp, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.

• Solid experience in construction accounting or bookkeeping
• Confidence using Xero and project management software (or you learn new systems fast)
• High attention to detail – accuracy is your thing
• Strong commercial sense and a genuine interest in how construction projects come together
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
