About the Position:
Based in the heart of the Perth CBD, the Leasing Manager will play a key role in managing all aspects of residential leasing and tenancy coordination. Working closely with landlords, tenants, and the internal property management team, this role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive, and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Manage all aspects of residential leasing and tenancy negotiations with landlords and tenants
• Ensure properties are “lease ready” and meet company standards prior to occupation
• Oversee lease compliance and maintain accurate documentation
• Liaise with the Business Development Manager on new listings and leasing activities
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate advertising and marketing campaigns
• Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors
• Ensure a smooth and professional leasing experience for all clients
• Maintain detailed records in line with company and industry requirements
• Support the Property Management team with leasing transitions and tenancy updates
• Contribute to team culture through collaboration and participation in company events
Skills & Experience Required:
• Previous experience in a leasing or property management support role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
• High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
• Current Australian work rights
• Valid WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Sound knowledge of residential leasing legislation and compliance standards (preferred)
• Demonstrated interest in real estate and commitment to career progression in the industry
