YOUR ROLE

In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the Principal Migration Agent (a highly experienced Registered Migration Agent with over 16 years of expertise), you will thrive on the challenges and rewards of managing your own portfolio of immigration cases. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a diverse range of immigration cases (90% corporate, 10% individual), with a focus on visa classes 482, 191, 400, 186, 408, and 494.

Providing comprehensive advice on visa options, eligibility, application processes, and drafting letters of advice.

Preparing and lodging visa applications while liaising with relevant immigration authorities and skills assessment bodies.

Contributing to business development and offering valuable insights to enhance company growth.

Be available to work remotely between 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday-Friday.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional with the following qualifications:

Active registration as a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) with OMARA.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in immigration law, with specific expertise in employer-sponsored visas.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high volume of cases within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while consistently delivering expert advice and support to corporate clients.

Experience managing 50+ active cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for positively impacting people's lives.

Ambition to advance your career within a premier migration consultancy that is committed to investing in its people.

Proficiency with migration management software (e.g., LEAP, Migration Manager, or similar platforms).

Commitment to maintaining OMARA registration through required Continuing Professional Development activities.
