About the Role

As our Residential Leasing Manager, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day leasing operations across the broader metropolitan area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing all aspects of the leasing process.

Liaising with landlords and tenants to build strong relationships.

Marketing rental properties and conducting home opens.

Processing tenancy applications.

Onboarding new rental properties.

Supporting the Property Management Team as required.

Skills & Attributes We’re Looking For

Current Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain).

A solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Proactive, motivated, and customer-focused approach.

High attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

Confident computer literacy and tech adaptability.
