The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Assistant Buyer’s Agent to support our experienced team in delivering outstanding service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s starting out in the industry and wants to learn the ropes from the best, with a clear pathway to grow into a fully licensed Buyer’s Agent role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting Buyer’s Agents with property research, inspections, and client brief preparation

Helping manage client communications, appointments, and schedules

Conducting suburb research and keeping an eye on market trends and new listings

Supporting the negotiation and due diligence process

Managing and maintaining data across our internal systems

Attending inspections and client meetings where required

What We're Looking For

A current real estate registration (or close to completing it)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset

A genuine interest in property and helping people

Tech-savvy, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
