Key Responsibilities

Assess clients’ visa needs and develop tailored strategies for successful outcomes

Provide expert immigration advice across Student, Visitor, Partner, GSM, TSS, ENS, and AAT review matters

Liaise professionally with the Department of Home Affairs (DoHA), skills assessing bodies, and other stakeholders

Stay updated with Australian migration laws, policy updates, and legislative changes

Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system and ensure all documentation is compliant

Contribute to business development through client referrals, networking, and community engagement

Represent Success Visa in free public information seminars and client success showcases

Ensure full compliance with OMARA’s Code of Conduct, including ethical advice and accurate quoting

Educate and empower clients through logical case explanations and clear action plans

Support marketing efforts by sharing client success stories and encouraging testimonials

What You’ll Need

Current MARA Registration (essential)

Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Australian Migration Law

Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience as a Migration Agent (preferred)

Strong grasp of migration policies, especially student to PR pathways

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple complex files independently

Familiarity with LEGENDcom, DoHA portals, and Microsoft Office suite

Professional indemnity insurance (must)

Must be fluent in speaking Hindi language
