Position: Disability Support Worker

Location: Southwest Sydney

Employment Type: Casual/Contractor

Pay Rate: $35 - $45 weekdays - $55 - $85 weekends

About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will deliver personalised support that aligns with people's unique needs and goals. You'll play a key role in helping individuals maintain their independence and actively participate in their communities.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks

• Supporting clients in community and social participation

• Assisting with transportation and appointments

• Encouraging independence and building life skills

• Documenting progress and reporting as needed

What You Bring:

• A person-centred and empathetic approach to care

• Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliability and a positive, proactive attitude

• Previous experience in disability support (desirable but not essential)

Mandatory Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

• First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

• Working With Children Check
