Join Condor Energy Services as our Senior Finance Manager, leading our finance operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role partners closely with our CEO and leadership team to drive financial strategy, strengthen performance, and support the next phase of Condor’s growth.

You’ll be based in our modern Brisbane CBD office, with the freedom to work flexibly. Whether that means working from home or balancing work around life’s priorities. We believe in real flexibility, autonomy, and trust.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the finance function across ANZ, overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Provide strategic financial advice and insight to the CEO and executive team
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to support growth and resilience
• Optimise processes and reporting following our ERP rollout (Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Partner with operational leaders to improve project and financial performance
• Mentor and develop a small, high-performing finance team
• Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance across Australia and New Zealand

What you’ll bring:

• CA or CPA qualification with strong technical accounting knowledge
• 10+ years of senior finance management experience
• Proven success stabilising or transforming finance functions during change
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills
• Experience with ERP implementations or stabilisation (preferably Dynamics 365)
• Industry experience in energy, resources, oil & gas, or drilling will be highly regarded
• Familiarity with both Australian and New Zealand financial regulations is a plus
