Part-Time Administration Officer – Environmental Oils
Hours: 10:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday (5 days per week)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Officer to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and managing logistics documentation for oil collections and deliveries.
Performing general bookkeeping and assisting with basic financial administration.
Answering phones and emails, and providing professional customer service.
Assisting with customer queries and coordinating bookings for oil collections as directed by the fleet team.
Supporting the business with general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
About You
Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or similar) desirable.
A positive attitude and willingness to support a small, collaborative team.
