Administration Officer – Amazing Clean Sunshine Coast
We’re looking for an Administration Officer to join our team in a part-time role, supporting office operations and assisting the Office Manager. You’ll help schedule technicians, liaise with customers and suppliers, and contribute to the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with office administration and daily operations.
Help schedule and coordinate technicians, ensuring job efficiency.
Maintain communication with technicians, customers, and suppliers.
Support inventory management and office supplies.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Skills & Experience:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites.
ServiceM8 - job management (training provided if needed).
Experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn is most important.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
A proactive and customer-focused approach.
